Fantasy Rose Cake

Dear everyone, just to let everyone know I have been on a hiatus of late. Been nursing a tendinitis on the wrist which required months of taking it easy.

This is a simple buttercream cake I made for my daughter’s birthday. She likes roses so I experimented on wafer paper and voila! I love how it jazzed it up a few notches!
