Vanilla bean buttercake, salted caramel filling, caramel ganache, fondant covering.
Main tier airbrushed gradient blue colours, overlaid with fine silver glitter. Custom hand painted “cartoon” type image. Silver frame border.
Other tiers “gloss” finish using liquid glucose and alcohol.
Extruded fondant font.
Custom “spray painter” model topper.

Thanks Marlene… I had endless problems trying to create the “cartoon” image. I was extremely happy with the hand painted colour… then I tried to create the black lines with a black edible colour pen…. it did not go quite to plan. :(
