Here is a hand painted cake I did for Cake Masters Magazine last year for Halloween. Then as a family we tucked into it after all the photos were taken. Cake is airbrushed black and the handpainting on top in cocoa butter and edible colours. I used my own cat as inspiration, and a pumpkin I had sitting on the kitchen shelf…. The witch I was inspired my the fabulous mystical artist Victoria Frances. Great fun composing this :)
The moon and background was all done with colour dusts and a soft brush… The rest is hand painted.
