Last year I had the privilege to do a masterclass Galloping Gus by Kaysie Lackey which was so much fun. I actually wanted to do this masterclass by Kaysie but unfortunately there was not enough interest.
But since I love Nigel the Owl by Kaysie, I gave it a try myself and made this cake in Halloweentheme.
The owl is made from cake and covered in dark chocolate ganache. The spiderwebs are made in isomalt.
Love at first bite!
I love this!
