I work out at a gritty, hard core gym where we lift tires over our heads, jump rope and swing kettlebells every day. So when it was my trainer’s 45th birthday this cake seemed the obvious choice. Complete with “chalkboard” writing and blood dripping from barbed wire to match her tattooed arms. Gluten-free, of course! :-)
