This was for my youngest son’s birthday. Combining his love of the gym and Zen. All gluten free cake, including the central column. The arm is modelled with sugarpaste and the flowers are cold porcelain. The arm tattoo is the same (ish!) as the one he has on his own arm. The light which annoyingly created a shine on the arm, gives it that ‘sweaty gym look’! The white writing is his tattoo on his other arm! Top layer chocolate and hazelnut cake. Middle and bottom layer vanilla sponge with lemon icing. All cakes ganached before icing. Central supporting stick. Some progress photos below. Thank you for looking :)
