I like to donate as much where possible so I gave some gift certificates out last year to my kids school to help them raise money for a much needed covering for their sports field as it is so hot here in Florida. So this one was not a cake of passion or expresses who I am but the client was extremely happy. I really lost my mojo on this one so I kinda meshed together about 6 different cake ideas I have seen to make this one so cannot take to much credit for design. Please….Oh please…. will someone please order a cake that is in my head,lol. These types of cake help pay the bills which I am very grateful for but every now and then it would be nice to create something different, something that is all me but also pays the bills.
