A fun 2 tiered Minnie Mouse, Elmo and Tigger themed cake for a cutie who turned 2 a few weeks back.
Minnie is handmade using modelling chocolate and has a wee little cake of her own made of gumpaste. Elmo and Tigger were made using a relief effect to give some dimension to the characters. Thought it would be a cute idea to have both characters popping up from behind the gumpaste bow.
Received the sweetest email from the birthday girl’s mom raving about the cake…which put a huge smile on my face!!!
