Dedicated 4 days in freezing temperature and with aching back, loads of planning and hard engineering work, all this for my “Rainbow Castle” cake :) :).
Layered with chocolate cake with ganache at the bottom, Castle out of Vanilla cake with butter cream icing, hand carved cake with ganache to represent the cloud and Sun…The Unicorn balanced on top of the rainbow .
