I know I know another Frozen cake but this is only my second ever and the first time I have done Elsa. It is also the first time I have tried using cake lace as I purchased one mat especially for this cake. I am not sure I have got it quite right because it was very thin and broke in places but I look forward to experimenting with it. Elsa is pouting slightly too much but at least her eyes aren’t wonky. 5 minutes before the lady came to collect I added a few more snow balls as I thought it needed it so you can see the additional ones in another pic, it amazing sometimes how one tiny alteration can really make a difference on a cake. The lady was so chuffed she cried and hugged me an gave me extra which is makes all the hours and blue hands bogeys all worth while!!
