LOVED making this for a special lady!
I had totally forgotten the pleasure of making Sugar Flowers – particularly roses and got totally absorbed …..
The cake is a Vanilla Madeira filled with Berries Jam and buttercream.
I think with all the new techniques around today it is easy to forget the pleasure and beauty of Sugar Flowers.
I took my inspiration from the amazing Cotton & Crumbs co who produce the most stunning cakes.
