A hobby decorator for 10 years, I took the plunge in March 2014, left my Teaching Assistant job and set up my own business.
I love all aspects of cake art and never tire of the feeling you get when people comment on your creations!
I particularly love challenging myself to create intricate designs and children's cakes seem to be a speciality.
I am, however looking forward to some future Wedding cakes that I have designed with the Brides that will hopefully have the wow factor.
I work from home, have a 5* premises rating and hold the relevant certificates in food hygiene.
I live with my husband Glynn, and 3 children, Rebecca, Lauren and Thomas and our 2 cats, rabbit and guinea pig!!!
I'm looking forward to networking on Cakesdecor, meeting new cake enthusiasts and seeing your amazing creations :-)
