This all-vegan birthday cake was made for a woman who adores her pekingese named Ted. So I hand-painted Ted on a fondant plaque, and combined it with ruffles in her favorite colors. (This is my first fondant ruffle cake.) I ADORE dogs so this was super fun to do!
Inside is chocolate fudge, peanut butter buttecream filling, and outside has a vanilla buttercream coating.
