This was a simple two tier wedding cake designed around the bride’s button and brooch bouquet. The bottom tier was fruit cake, which I always find hard to sharp edge and end up slicing away bits of marzipan to get the right shape before I cover it in sugrapaste! The ribbon and bow are edible too.
