Stevenson,s rocket
This week I had the pleasure of doing not one but two cakes in the shape of Stevenson,s rocket for a corporate event.
I had just three days notice to create this iconic machine, yes you heard right three days . The larger train was on a board 32″ × 24″ and the smaller one was on a board 26″ × 18″ just to give you some idea of the size.i was so relieved once I had finished them, I was on such a tight schedule I thought I would never finish.
Needless to say the company said in there words " you have exceeded our expectations"
