This cake was made for a 70th birthday celebration for a lady who loves elephants and collects all sorts of different elephant figurines. Her daughter wanted a cake that incorporated Dumbo the Elephant, her favourite colour green and not to look like a childrens birthday cake!

Dumbo is handmade from fondant and the cake is a choc mud cake with a chocolate fudge filling.
