Even though this is the third Minnie I have made, she never gets any easier. My first attempt on Sunday took up most of the morning and she ended up a mooshed up mess in the bin! Once I had calmed down I had another try in the afternoon and she behaved herself (not entirely happy with her though).

She looks perfect to me. It is so stressful at times, the process of making a cake, but your mood changes completely when it pans out. I always love your cakes though Julia.
