This cake was made in 2 hours. No prepayment meant that it was not in my system. I got a call today saying “where is the cake”? I explained that the cake was not in the system an she pleaded with me so luckly I had over baked this week in her flavours. I stared work and called one of my girls for additional help.The cakes are not even shaped as topsys I just sculpted the buttercream in that shape and I am thinking this is the way to do them lol. Anyway she asked to have the cake by 7 pm and I was happy to have it done by 4 as I had to deliver a wedding cake and cupcakes by 5pm.
