21st Thomas the Tank Engine Cake

This cake was made for a 21st birthday and was requested by the birthday boys mum who said that he was a huge fan of Thomas when he was a little boy. Love it!

This cake was made to cater for approx 60 desert / 120 coffee sized portions.
