The brief for this cake was a delight! The recipient is a Buddhist and so it was full of symbolism. Orange to reflect Buddha’s robes, a lotus flower signifying peace and wealth and of course Buddha made entirely from sugar.

I’ve never had to airbrush a 2 tier cake such a vivid colour before, so much fun!
