"My Big FAT Barracuda Cake"

I was asked to make a barracuda cake for a young man who was celebrating his 17th birthday and had caught one in real life…The original version was long and skinny, like a real barracuda, but it really wasn’t enough cake – so I fattened it up! My client loved it and so did her son!
