Lovely Victoria Sponge cake filled with jam and vanilla buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache. Bottom tier has piped beading detail and some gold lustre spray (actually can’t help myself!) Top is dusted with petal dusts as I have no airbrush and peony is handmade, dusted and gilded with edible gold.
