Done in the bride’s colours of pink, burgundy and cream. She particularly wanted pillars which I was a little unsure about, but went with it as it’s her choice!

Thanks to Peggy Porschen’s and Rosalind Miller’s books on flowers – both were very helpful to this novice!

Bottom tier is lemon with white chocolate ganache under the fondant. Middle tier vanilla sponge and the top tier is strawberry with strawberry buttercream.
