My clients chose a 3 tier wedding cake with fresh flowers as fillers and the topper. The bottom tier is a vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and decorated with a lace design. The middle tier is a red velvet sponge filled with vanilla creamcheese buttercream and decorated with a diamond and pearl pattern. The toptier is a lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and decorated with the same lace pattern. The flowers rings and topper I made are made up of White, Pink, Amnesia and Lilac roses, gypsophilia, pink frilly lisiantus, white and lilac lisiantus.
