Jade Dragon ~ Guardian of ancient Scrolls and the Books of Life!

This is a HUGE cake!!!! All edible – even the Dragon is CAKE! I was so excited to make this one – it was on my Cake Bucket List! The birthday message is written on with just a paint brush. Still sooo many more things I wanted to add…I wanted to make an old style candle holder to put a candle into…but it just gets ridiculous with time and energy…and also I spend a long time staring at it and looking at different ways to enhance it. So happy with the way the dragon turned out!

Lots of airbrushing…I still have a lot to learn, but practice is what it takes!
