This is the wedding cake I presented in the last edition of Expotarta 2014.
The cake was awarded second prize in the category of wedding cakes.
All the decoration is edible, letters, photos, flowers, and even the stand upon which is placed the cake. Everything is done in fondant, gum paste and royal icing applications.
