I have a client who is vegan and gluten free, and I make her birthday cake every year. She loves sunflowers and it is a challenge every year to create something new for her. This year, instead of making an elaborate sugar sunflower, i decided to put sunflowers all over the cake with her initial in the center. I love grey and yellow together! Simple little cake!
