surprise 4oth cake for a friend. Her husband only said he wanted a vanilla cake without fondant for 60 people. Totally my own design including the colour- fun but at the same time scary! But she loved it :) Vanilla/raspberry swirl on the bottom, vanilla with buttercream/jam filling on top. First time doing buttercream ruffles, second time b/c roses.
