My new favourite metallic is copper! It’s such a warm, rich colour and will be perfect for upcoming autumn cakes (summer is way to short here in Canada). The trellis is all gumpaste with the tiniest leaves and roses. I spent a full day trying out different ways to make the Juliet Rose and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
