I had a request for a special cake for a beautiful little girls 11th birthday! Her mom told me that Lilo and Stitch was her favorite movie and that Stitch was her favorite character. I sculpted Stitch out of gum paste and sat him on top of this delicious vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling, and topped with marshmallow fondant.
