Sometimes it can be so hard to find a cake that your child can eat if they have multiple allergies.
We made this ‘Everything is Awesome’ cake to match Lachlan’s invitation, and even with a long list of allergies, we were still able to make him a chocolate mud cake filled with strawberry and vanilla buttercream.
I purchased the Lego man ‘Emmett’ as a gift for Lachlan to keep. When I delivered his cake he said to me, “Cool, I’ve always wanted Emmett”!
Job done :)
