For Chanelle’s 1st Birthday party, we made this centrepiece Carousel Cake, which was covered in about 1000 pink Swarovski Crystals. I have made her baby shower and Baptism cakes, and was lucky enough to be asked to make something striking for this momentous day (a new take on the Gold Carousel Cake we made last year).
The cake was a White Chocolate Date and Spice mudcake, with vanilla and maple buttercream fillings.
