This is the second year I’ve had the pleasure of making Sophia’s birthday cake. It’s such a wonderful feeling when a customer enjoyed your work enough to come back again and again.

This cake was made to match Sophia’s birthday invitations this year. A lovely little superhero theme in muted girl colours, included purple to incorporate Epilepsy NZ.

Bottom tier is 8" by 5" chocolate with chocolate ganache, and the top tier is pink vanilla with pink white chocolate ganache. The pink sunburst on top is chocolate. All decorations are fondant and modelling chocolate (Chocit brand).
