Frozen themed birthday cake ~ the cake tiers are both vanilla maderia with buttercream filling that were coated in white chocolate ganache and covered in shades of blue sugarpaste. The snowflakes were made using a 3d cake lace mat, Olaf is made from sugarpaste and is fully edible. Ana and Elsa are plastic figures that the customer provided as she wanted her little girl to be able to keep them. I was decided to use coloured sugar swizzle sticks behind Elsa as I love how they looked sparkly in the light and they made fab icicles ….
