Did we have fun making this cake for a lady who was celebrating a Hippy Party for her birthday!!!

She wanted a SEAT 600 car which was a really popular car in Spain at that time, and one that played an important role in her life. The cake was a 55 portion cake made with chocolate sponge with orange pieces, Swiss Meringue vanilla filling, milk chocolate ganache with Saracino fondant and decorations.

Hope this cake takes a few people back to that time which coined the phrase, " Make love, not war." “Peace Man” “Right on” “Power to the people”
