I loved this cake! and it was lactose and milk protein free.

Bottom layer – Apple and ginger cake, with ganache and toffee frosting

Middle and top layers – Watercress cake (yes, it was green! hehhe) and mud chocolate cake with vegan buttercream and red fruits.
