Buttercream girly hat cake!!
OMG! what an experience this cake was, almost finished piping the weave at 12.30 am, after about 3.5 hrs of piping, then I drop the cake!! yes, I had a cake decorators worst nightmare!! All the buttercream weaving smashed to nothing and I broke down uncontrollably ! Had to gather myself, start piping again…slept at 3am, got up at 6am and started working again (it was mid-morning delivery)….2 more accidents just before delivery and I was a nervous wreck by then!
The response I received was well worth everything I went through …made me realise that Iam not doing this for money but to put smiles on people’s faces :-)
