Just got back from having a wonderful luncheon with my girlfriends in honor of Carmen & Josie’s birthday. Made these mini cakes for them. I love it because I get to practice new techniques and flavors on them. Top portion of the cake was Cream Bouquet flavor with homemade black raspberry lemon glaze, bottom was chocolate with chocolate ganache & homemade strawberry glaze. Ganached with white chocolate then covered in fondant.
