This cake was such fun to make ! 3 tiers of pink and white chequered batten burg cake with almond buttercream filling., covered in marzipan and fondant .
The brief was to have figures of Anna and Elsa as children on the top . Had to put Olaf on there too as I had been dying to make him x

This cake was a different re make of a cake I made earlier this year but with different colours and snowflakes instead of stars x

I particularly loved making the figures which I hand modelled out of satin ice gum paste with a little extra cmc powder added in to help it hold it’s shape x
