This cake was made for Expo Feria Iberoamericana de la Alimentación in Quito Ecuador. I got a Mention of Honor with it. I tried to show how beauty is my country and how much it has to offer to the tourist. I used many techniques and most of its parts was made with fondant. Only bird was made with gum paste.
