This is my first Frozen cake, no one had asked me before, so when I decided to make a cake to give to my Son’s nursery on his last day (today) I knew I wanted to do OLAF. I had seen other OLAF’s and I wanted so much for him to be holding his head in the air. This cake was a complete experiment from start to finish. I had never done a gravity defying cake, I had never made RKT. He is all cake apart from his head which is RKT covered in white chocolate and then covered in fondant. He was never going to be as big as he was, but I just started from the bottom and realised he was going to be bigger. He stands at 3 foot including his hair!!
My son loved him, nursery loved him, I adore him and I hope you love him too xx
