My first time attempting ruffled rosettes in buttercream – woohoo! I have not one but 2 of these designs this week – both in pink but different shades and themes! My hand will be a little sore but I really like the way these came out although the second cake is looking a little better than this one. They took about half the time it takes me to do the ruffled rosettes in fondant, but it did take some practice to figure out the best tip and hand placement when piping them on.
