I made this cake for my Niece – it was her 21st & she is a ballet dancer. The ballet shoes I made using the ‘Peggy Does Cake’ ballet shoe tutorial. I wrapped the cake with a chocolate transfer – 1st time I had tried that!! Also, was hoping to get the chance to have a go at the ruffles, so thought they were appropriate for this cake – my niece loved it :)
