I love this cake :) The customer requested a grown up vintage theme for her daughter’s christening cake with a rose for her daughters name ‘Freya Rose’. So this is what I came up with. This was my first time using Cake Lace (which I found a little tricky to be honest as I kept getting air bubbles in the dried lace pieces, and it was so hard to remove from the mold! So any advice will be gratefully received ;) ) but I think it came out well in the end and the coloured lace looks pretty on the top too. Hope you all like it. Thank you for looking. Xxx
