HOWDY PARDNER!!! I truly adore how this cake turned out! The cowboy hat was all hand carved, shaped and molded. Crown is Almond cake and lasso tier is red velvet. Brim, buckle and bandana are all gumpaste and crown was 50/50. I used Ciccio Cakes tooled leather tutorial for the cake board and the lasso was all extruded 3 tubes, then twisted. Hope you all like it as much as I do!! Thank you!!
