A cake I Made for my daughter’s 8th birthday. She is a huge Frozen fan and has watched the film so many times that she knows the film dialogue word for word! As you can guess her cake request was “Mum, I would like an Elsa cake, two tiers with Elsa standing on top and swirling snowflake powers!” She’s definitely a cake artist’s daughter! So here it is! A white, purple and blue marbled white choc mud cake filled with dark chocolate ganache. Yum! The handmade sugar Elsa was 26cm tall and completely edible, her bodice consisted of tiny hand cut slivers, each of which was individually placed and overlapped. Hope you enjoy!
