It’s Barney Backhoe for Theo’s 2nd birthday! ‘Healthier’ banana and blueberry (free from refined sugar) cake, with buttercream (adding back in some of that sugar!!) and ganache – after all, a smooth shape was needed and it’s so tricky to get that without good old ganache!
