For my daughter, Charlotte. I wanted to surprise her with this, so started making it as soon as she left for school, in hopes that it would be done by 3 when I had to leave to collect her. It turned into the hottest day of the year (no air con + cake decorating = major headache) and a big balancing act (I mean her head on that skinny neck, AND trying to get it done in a few hours) but apart from the finishing touches, it was done and she was so pleased. MUCH much harder to get an Elsa likeness than I thought it would be, but at least I know how to improve next time! Happy 11th Birthday to my Sweetie Pie. xxx
