I was commissioned to make this dude for a birthday. The stood 30" tall and was made from vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream and chocolate.
His face an body was sculpted using modelling chocolate then painted with edible paints and finally airbrushed to add a bit more definition. His boots and shorts were made using gumpaste. Rocky’s flag was made using a piece of gumpaste which was hand painted prior to draping it on his hands.
