Fun cake for sweet Aiden’s first birthday, which also happens to fall on the 4th of July! The cake is chocolate chip cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & dark chocolate ganache. The cake is covered in fondant & the decor on the sides is modeling chocolate. I hand-painted the fireworks on top using a combo of airbrush colors & glitter, & was really happy with how they turned out. Unfortunately, the pictures don’t do them justice in capturing the glitter. I made a video which hopefully is better: 4th of July birthday. The candles were provided by the client.
